RETURN POLICY

 

 

End Users

Ennova Wheels offers a 15/30 day return policy for all unused, uninstalled items in resellable.

  • All items must be in unused, uninstalled, resellable new condition and returned in the original packaging
  • All qualified returns initiated within 15 days of receipt of product will be fully refunded to the original form of payment
  • All qualified returns initiated beyond 15 days of receipt of product and within 30 days of receipt of product will be fully refunded as product credit towards any future Ennova Wheels purchases
  • Any wheels that have been mounted with tires are considered used, therefore unreturnable, even if the wheels have never been installed onto any vehicles.
  • Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

 

Resellers

If for any reason a return of any products to our facility is needed, please follow the steps on requesting and processing all returns.

  • Contact a customer service agent to obtain a Return Authorization number.
  • Provide the reason/explanation for the product return to the customer service agent.
  • Attach document containing the given Return Authorization number along with the returned product.
  • Ship the product to our facility with sufficient packaging protection to ensure the product gets delivered safely (regardless of the condition of the product being returned).

 

Upon receipt of the returned products, our service agents will notify you of the status of the returned products.

 

* * All NEW products returned for reasons other than (manufacturing defect, improper fitment and/or misshipment of product) will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
